Every product we buy has its ingredients listed in the package. They are usually listed on the basis of quantity added to the food, from the most to the least.
It is important to check the content of each product to be aware of what you are eating.

High Fructose Corn Syrup
If you look closely at Heinz ketchup packaging you will notice that the same product is listed twice with different names, corn syrup, and high fructose corn syrup. This ketchup is overloaded with high fructose corn syrup.
High-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is made from corn syrup and is used as an artificial sugar. This ingredient is very dangerous for us because it raises the blood sugar levels, and endangers the functioning of the liver.
Other dangers of high-fructose corn syrup:
1. High risk of weight gain and obesity.
2. Increased risk of developing type-2 diabetes.
3. Hypertension and elevated “bad” cholesterol levels.
4. Causes severe liver damage.

Distilled Vinegar and Sugar
Besides the huge quantities of high fructose corn syrup, they also have added extra sugar and distilled vinegar.
Distilled vinegar is a GMO corn ingredient which contains sugar, chemicals, and no nutrients. This does not sound like a food, and not a healthy one at all.
