Mudras are used mostly in meditation, to direct the flow of energy within the body by using only hands.
Yogis claim there are different areas of our hands are connected with different areas of our body and brain. So, by doing these moves we can stimulate different areas of the brain and create energy for the entire body.
In this way, we can consider the hands to be a mirror for our body and our mind.” ~ Lothar Rüdiger Lütge, Kundalini yoga expert
Mudras are called “producers of joy” because they can give you the perfect harmony and peace you need. They are very easy to do and don’t need any equipment except a relaxing place.
