You probably have seen the Hasselback potatoes recipe. Where potatoes are sliced, but not until the end. The spaces between are filled with cheese, butter, spinach, and various foods. You are free to choose. I have tried them and they are delicious.
However, there is another recipe that doesn’t include potatoes. Instead of potatoes, you can cook chicken in that way. Feel free to stuff it with all sorts of foods you like most.
This recipe will help you prepare a very delicious meal for your family or for yourself only:
-1-pound chicken breasts
-¼ cup cottage cheese – 2
-1¬½ cups fresh baby spinach
-1 teaspoon olive oil
-2 teaspoons butter
-Turn on the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
-Add the olive oil and the spinach in a pan
-Cook it for 3 to 5 minutes
-Stir in the cottage cheese and cook it for a minute
-Leave it aside to cool
-Cut the chicken breasts into slices about 1 centimeter and about 75% of through the chicken breast.
-Add the mixture into the cuts.
-Season with salt, pepper, and red paprika on the top. Add some olive oil and butter and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
